Her voice is so calming. It happened for me exactly as she said—as soon as I noticed the part and sat with it for a moment, it quietly slipped away and another came in its place. I appreciated how she reminded us that there’s nothing to do, just notice and be with whatever is here.
I love this meditation with Pam! I was running behind all day today and during the meditation I imagined a part that was picking up boxes and moving them all around. I was able to separate from it, connect with it, and hear what it was trying to do. The rest of my day went much smoother.
