I’m excited for IFS Senior Lead Trainer Pam Krause to lead us through a meditation that helps us check in and connect with our parts. This is one she does herself almost every day, and one she loves to share with her clients and students. I’m grateful to Pam for allowing me to share it with all of you.

She begins by inviting you to simply notice, who’s here?

The meditation follows the flow of the IFS model and is a great way to practice going inside and being with your system.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Shift awareness inward

  • Notice the presence of parts through sensation, imagery, or emotion

  • Connect with curiosity

  • Offer presence and allow parts to share what they need you to know

Pause the meditation at any point if you need more time.
